We source whole Calimyrna figs from the San Joaquin Valley in California. These figs are noted for their delicious nutty flavor and plump, tender golden skin. Once ripened and partially dried on the tree, they are harvested. Upon arrival in Seattle, we generously fill them with dark chocolate ganache and dip them in our 64% Fran's blend dark chocolate.
