How long will my chocolates stay fresh?
To fully appreciate the flavor and quality please enjoy your truffles within 10 days of arrival.

What is the best way to store your chocolates?
Chocolates should be stored out of direct sunlight in a cool environment below 68° F. A wine cellar is ideal.
INGREDIENTS & FOOD ALLERGIES
Do you use organic ingredients?
Yes. We use organic ingredients when we can. For example, some of the organic ingredients we use are cream, butter, corn syrup, ginger, and almonds.
Do you have any gluten-free products?
We do not offer gluten-free products at this time.
Does your chocolate contain soy lecithin?
Yes, our chocolate does contain the emulsifier soy lecithin.
Do your products contain nuts?
Yes, some of our products include nuts and peanuts, therefore all of our products may contain traces of nuts and peanuts.
Do you have any Kosher products?
We do not offer Kosher products at this time.

I am sending chocolates as a gift. Is pricing information included on the packing slip?

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. If you set up an account with franschocolates.com we can ship your order to multiple addresses. The account allows you to store your address book and select the addresses you would like to ship to (we do not store any credit card or payment information). Please add all items to your shopping cart and during checkout we will prompt you to choose the recipient(s).
Why is overnight the only shipping method offered from mid-June thru September?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and hot weather during these summer months, we ship overnight during these months to ensure your chocolate arrives in excellent condition. To keep your chocolates cool when temperatures exceed 75°F, we use ice gel packs and mylar for insulation.
Can my order be delivered without a signature?
Yes. FedEx has permission to leave packages at the recipient’s address without signature. You may request a signature for delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us for details at (206) 322-0233 x24.
Can my order be held and shipped at a later date?
Yes. Please indicate your desired shipping date and special instructions in the comment box during checkout.
